The person behind the policy.

I came into insurance from the operational side and stayed because the work rewards careful thinking. As an account manager and underwriting support specialist, I handle the parts of a policy that decide whether it actually serves the insured: new business quoting, endorsements, certificates, renewals, audits, and the quiet thousand-step process that turns a submission into a bound policy.

Today I service mid-to-large commercial accounts across construction, restaurant & hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and transportation — quoting new business, preparing renewals, processing endorsements, coordinating with sales executives, and standing up SOPs for new hires. Earlier in my career I sat on the other side of the table as a Commercial Lines Underwriter, evaluating risks, reading loss runs, and pricing policies against carrier appetite. That dual view is the thing I bring to every desk I work on.

I've worked both the brokerage and MGA sides of the business — that gives me a well-rounded perspective on how coverage gets placed, priced, and serviced. — Positioning Statement

Tooling-wise, I work fluently across agency management systems, CRMs, COI portals, carrier portals, payment platforms, and e-signature tools. Whatever stack your agency runs, I plug in fast. I'm a CII member through the Society of Underwriting Professionals and actively working toward formal designations.

If you run a U.S. agency, brokerage, or MGA and want a steady, underwriting-literate operator on your accounts — or you're an industry professional who simply wants to compare notes — I'd be glad to talk.
